We purchased the Boudin Balls from a small shop just outside of the KOA in Lafayette.  Although I don’t usually like deep fried foods, I found these quite tasty. The inside of the Boudin ball was rice and pork.  We tried a fried chicken spring roll too which was also nice. Would certainly eat it again.
