We purchased a pimento cheese sandwich and some pickled carrots and beans from a grocery store in the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia.

Pimento cheese is a staple in North Carolina so I was keen to try it.  It tasted like sweet, processed cheese. The pickled beans were extremely sour but the carrots were better because the sweetness offset the vinegary taste.

Well at least we have tried them all but not something I would consider purchasing again.
