Pelham, Alabama

We booked the Equestrian site in the Oak Mountain State Park, which was next to a large horse farm.  Every day the horses would graze in a field facing our RV. I loved that.  We couldn’t pet the horses as there was a electric fence separating us.  Trail rides were offered but they were US$60 an hour.

The sites were very large and we had full utilities.  There were many hikes in the forested park which were great. There was even a Golf course with a restaurant and a Wildlife center.

The Park was not far from town so we were able to go there and get groceries.

We would definitely stay here again.
