I ordered this dessert at Amar a Mexican/Peruvian restaurant in El Paso, Texas.  The corn pudding tasted like a sticky corn cake with a sauce on top. The real surprise was the corn ice cream. I thought I had been given a frozen piece of corn but it was ice cream in the shape of a piece of corn and it tasted of corn too.  Quite delicious!
