On August 17 2024, enjoyed a Mac Wrap from the Alaska Mac Shack, a food truck in Houston, Alaska. This was like eating a fried spring roll but it had Mac and Cheese in the middle.

It was nicer than I thought, crispy and not fatty tasting and had a dip on the side. Quite different.
