Had one of the infamous Po-Boys at Mohony’s in Louisiana. A sandwich  which Louisiana is famous for. I had the Catfish Po-Boy and Derek had the Sausage.  The bread was great – fresh and crispy and the catfish divine. Derek enjoyed the sausage too.
