Tried this new cocktail out at the Rooster and Pig in Palm Springs. They have a lounge to the side of their restaurant where you can sit in comfort and sip a cocktail while you wait for a table to open. Their Mango based cocktail sounded refreshing on this hot day. Made from Gin, Lemon, Honey, Mango and Cava. Derek had an Old Fashioned which is shown here with Bitters, Water and Whiskey.
Verdict: Greeeeeat!
